The Queen Anne Gable House, nestled in its namesake Seattle neighbourhood, received a complete main level flooring upgrade with stylish and durable Lucky LVP, enhancing its beauty and practicality for the active family residing there.

The Ballard Brewery Conversion

A historic brick building in Ballard being converted into a trendy brewery and taproom. The challenge was to find a durable, industrial-chic flooring solution for high foot traffic and potential spills, while respecting the building's character. We installed a textured, concrete-look LVP in the main areas and a slip-resistant wood-look LVP in the bar area, balancing aesthetics and functionality.

The Capitol Hill Condo Renovation

A modern condo in Capitol Hill undergoing a complete interior renovation. The homeowner desired a sleek, contemporary feel with easy maintenance and good sound absorption for apartment living. We installed a wide-plank, light-toned LVP throughout the living spaces and bedrooms, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.
